    Loren and Alexei Baby Down Syndrome: Loren and Alexei Brovarnik, stars of 90 Day Fiancé, have three children: son Shai Josef, born in 2020; Asher Noah (born in 2021); and daughter Ariel Raya (born in 2022). Shai was born preterm, and so was Asher, although the latter had to be admitted to the NICU for a while because of some issues. Another child named Ariel was also born preterm at 33 weeks, but the baby was strong and able to be delivered.

    Loren has not hidden her feelings about having gestational diabetes during her pregnancies and her fears of being a carrier of Tourette syndrome to her children.
